At ZF DEALS, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive an incorrect, broken, or damaged item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Conditions for Refund: A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is incorrect, broken, or damaged, and you file a valid claim.
  2. The required product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  3. You request a refund instead of an exchange.

Important Notes:

  • The final decision to issue a refund or exchange will be made after reviewing your case.
  • Video proof clearly showing the issue is mandatory when filing a claim. Verbal claims alone will not be accepted.
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery; claims after this period will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. However, we will assist you as much as possible.
